1) Scope & Countries

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed and delivered within the United Kingdom.

2) What We Accept

We accept returns of all products — whether defective or non-defective — provided they meet the conditions below. We do not accept exchanges if the product was delivered according to the size chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

3) Item Condition

  • Items must be new and unused, with original packaging, tags and accessories.
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase inside the parcel.
  • Products showing wear, damage, or alterations may be refused.

4) Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

5) How to Start a Return (By Post)

  1. Email our support at help@ivictress.co.uk with your order number.
  2. We will approve your request and send a Royal Mail pre-paid return label to your email.
  3. Download and print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Return shipping cost: Free (covered by Ivictress). Restocking fee: None.

6) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

7) Exceptions

  • Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Unauthorized returns or parcels posted after the 14-day return period may be refused and returned to the sender.
