Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to valid addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). We do not ship to other countries or territories.

Free shipping

All orders qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend required to enjoy free delivery.

Delivery timeframe

The total delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 working days, counted from the confirmation of payment. This period includes both order processing and transit time to your address.

Order processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our distribution centre.

Tracking

We use tracked delivery services. Your tracking code will be sent by email so that you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address at checkout to avoid delays or returns. Should a resend be necessary due to an incorrect address, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.

Exceptional delays

Although we strive to meet the stated timeframes, external factors such as severe weather, strikes or periods of high demand may affect delivery. If your order is not delivered within 10 working days after payment confirmation, please contact our support team.
